Made from fresh rhubarb using  ‘Méthode Traditionelle’, to produce a vibrant pink, sparkling wine, showing fine fruit characters. Rhuby is crisp and dry on the palate with a hint of rhubarb. A fresh summer drink it is best served chilled.
